Delivery

  • Standard shipping - £3.99 (Royal Mail 1st Class).
  • Free shipping for orders over £40 (Royal Mail 1st Class)
  • Free local drop-off within 4 miles of Chapter Two HQ.

For both delivery and local drop-off options, dispatch is approximately 2-3 days so please allow for this time prior to ordering.

We do aim to fulfil orders quicker than this, however during busy periods this unfortunately may not always be the case.

Returns and Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, un-used and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the email confirmation or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, it is your responsibility to send the package back and ensure proof of postage/tracking details are providing. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted as the return number must be included within the package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised products, sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
